These terms apply to your use of partyofsuspects.com and to any party plan you buy from Party of Suspects (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

Products

Our party plans are digital products delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped. Product descriptions list what each plan includes, the number of players and the running time.

Payment and delivery

Checkout, payment and file delivery are handled by Payhip, our payments provider. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes or VAT may be added at checkout. You will receive a download link by email once payment is complete.

Your license to use the files

When you buy a party plan, you may download, print and use it for your own private parties, including more than once with different guests. You may share printed character materials with your guests. You may not resell, redistribute, upload or share the files themselves, or use them for paid or commercial events, without our written permission.

Content and responsibility

Our games are works of fiction. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. The stories involve a fictional murder and are intended for adults and older teens; hosts decide whether a plan suits their guests.

Recipes, drink suggestions and decor ideas are provided for general guidance only. The host is responsible for the party itself: checking every ingredient for allergies and dietary needs, following safe food handling, serving alcohol only to guests of legal drinking age and doing so responsibly, and taking care with candles, flowers and decorations around children, pets and anything flammable. We are not responsible for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from how a party is prepared or run.

Liability

Our products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated on this site, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
