How our printable murder mystery parties work
Every Party of Suspects plan is a digital download. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. Here is how it goes from checkout to the moment someone shouts “It was you!”
1. Choose your party
Pick the plan that fits your guest count and your crowd. Each page lists the number of players, running time and who it suits best. Not sure? Try the free mini-mystery first.
2. Download instantly
Checkout is handled by Payhip, a secure payments platform. You can pay by card or PayPal, and your download link arrives by email straight away. You can download your files again from the same link if you lose them.
3. Invite and cast
Send the printable invitations or the ready-made text-message version. The host guide shows you how to assign characters and when to send each guest their character booklet, usually a week or two before the party so people can plan costumes.
4. Print and prepare
Print at home on regular letter-size paper, or send the files to a local print shop. Shop the menu with the shopping list, set out the printable place cards and signs, and queue up the playlist. Most hosts spend about an hour on printing and setup, plus any cooking.
5. Host the party
The minute-by-minute timeline tells you exactly when to serve each course, start each round and reveal each clue. At the end, everyone makes an accusation and you read the solution. The host can play a character too.
