Refund policy

Because our party plans are digital files delivered instantly, we do not usually offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

We do want every party to go well, so we will always help if something is wrong:

• Files that won’t open or are missing pages: we will send replacement files, or refund you if we can’t fix the problem.
• Accidental duplicate purchase: we will refund the duplicate.
• Bought the wrong plan: tell us before you download it and we will swap it for another plan.

Email hello@partyofsuspects.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
